The Role – Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care while promoting dignity and independence
• Supporting with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
• Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes
• Maintaining accurate records where required
• Working alongside Nurses, Senior Healthcare Assistants and the wider care team
• Helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment

We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Essential Requirements

• Female applicants only due to specific client requirements
• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Assistant
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
• Up-to-date Mandatory Training
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and last-minute bookings
