Health Care Worker

We are supporting an recruitment provider who is looking for caring, reliable Care Home Support Workers to join their team in Shefield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Worksop and surrounding areas. You'll support care home residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing — making a real difference to people's lives every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and mobility support


• Assisting with meals and daily activities


• Offering companionship and emotional support


• Following individual care plans and safety procedures

 

What We're Looking For

• A caring, respectful, and patient attitude


• Good communication skills


• Right to work in the UK


• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)


• At least 1 year of care experience (required)
