Our client is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead the HSE and sustainability agenda across multiple European sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence strategic business decisions across the UK and Europe. 

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level HSE management experience
• CMIOSH (or equivalent) qualification
• Strong knowledge of COMAH and DSEAR regulations
• Experience within manufacturing, chemical, or other high-hazard environments
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills 

The Role:

• Lead HSE strategy across multiple sites
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UK and European legislation
• Manage audits, investigations, risk assessments, and contractor compliance
• Promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the organisation
