Join a leading Logistics organisation committed to safety excellence in the warehouse and distribution sector. As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will oversee all health, safety, environment, and quality systems for two major warehouses, supporting operations and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and promote HSE policies and procedures aligned with legislative requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor SSOW, and update safety documentation to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and external inspections, ensuring timely implementations of corrective actions.
• Coordinate HSE KPIs, reporting progress to senior management, and facilitate safety meetings.
• Support site management and colleagues on safety best practices, emergency procedures, and training initiatives.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage health, safety, and environmental standards within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging at all organisational levels.
• NEBOSH General Certification (or equivalent) is essential; further qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma advantageous.
