Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor | London & South East | £44,000-£64,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting for a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor to join a growing consultancy delivering work across London and the South East.

As a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor, you'll be carrying out both Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and high-rise buildings, working with a varied client portfolio and managing your own workload.

What's on offer:

• £44,000-£58,000 for Level 3 candidates

• £58,000-£64,000 for Level 4+ candidates

• Additional £4,000 London weighting for eligible London-based candidates

• Company car and fuel card

• 3 days on site, 2 days working from home

• 6-week training programme

• Ongoing training and clear progression route

• Existing training commitments potentially paid for

• Travel expenses and food allowance for journeys over 2 hours

The successful Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor will have:

• Level 3 or Level 4+ Fire Risk Assessment qualification

• 2+ years' experience across both Health & Safety and Fire

• Experience completing Fire Risk Assessments

• Residential, commercial and ideally high-rise building experience

• Strong report-writing and client-facing skills

• Based in London or the South East with easy access into London
