Health & Safety Manager

Hygrove Partners are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company specialising in social housing and new build domestic developments, based in Wolverhampton.

The Role:

You'll take ownership of health & safety across social housing and new build residential sites, ensuring compliance with current legislation while embedding a strong safety culture as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures across social housing and new build domestic sites

- Conduct site audits, risk assessments and incident investigations across occupied and void properties, and new build plots

- Advise senior management on compliance and best practice

- Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training to site teams

- Liaise with housing association clients, principal contractors and the HSE as required

What We're Looking For:

- NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) essential

- Proven H&S management experience within residential/social housing or new build domestic construction

- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels

- Valid CSCS card essential

- Own transport essential

- Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas

What's on Offer:

- £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
