Health & Safety Advisor
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £40,210 - £44,130 FTE | 37.5 Hours per Week

Manpower is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a specialist educational setting in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead health and safety compliance, promote a positive safety culture, and help ensure a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors.

• 
  Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and review health & safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

• 
  Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations.

• 
  Provide expert advice to managers and staff on compliance and best practice.

• 
  Deliver health & safety training and inductions.

• 
  Liaise with contractors, regulators, and external agencies.

• 
  What We're Looking For:

• 
  NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

• 
  Strong health & safety experience with a solid understanding of UK legislation.

• 
  Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.

• 
  Experience within education or public sector environments is desirable.
