The provider is committed to delivering high-quality vocational education in a supportive and inclusive learning environment, helping learners develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.

The provider is looking to appoint a Health & Social Care Lecturer on a temporary, long-term, part-time basis from September. The successful Health & Social Care Lecturer will deliver engaging lessons to 16-18 apprentices studying Health & Social Care up to Level 3, assessing learner progress, supporting achievement and creating a positive learning experience that encourages success.

The successful Health & Social Care Lecturer will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
• A relevant Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above
• Experience delivering Health & Social Care qualifications up to Level 3
• Experience teaching or training 16-19 learners or apprentices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable and learner-focused approach
