About the Role: As a Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's health and wellbeing team. Your mission? To help develop and implement effective policies and procedures that address health and wellbeing risks across the organisation. You'll be at the forefront of promoting legislative compliance and driving continuous improvement in health and wellbeing practises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy to achieve organisational objectives.
- Collaborate on the development and review of the health and wellbeing management system.
- Research, source, and present information to drive meaningful initiatives and insights.
- Contribute to risk-based physical and mental wellbeing campaigns.
- Own and deliver impactful health campaigns under guidance from specialists.
- Provide project management support to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Create an engaging health and wellbeing communications plan.
- Coordinate communications through the Wellbeing Champion Community.
- Represent the Health & Wellbeing team at internal events and provide technical support as needed.
- Assist with health-related queries, connecting with specialists for guidance.
- Promote a positive health and wellbeing culture through proactive and influential behaviours.
