We're looking for caring and compassionate Female Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her 30s with complex care needs in her own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised support, helping our client maintain her independence, enjoy meaningful activities, and live a fulfilling life within her local community.

You'll be supporting with her morning routine, personal care, and clinical needs before she attends her day centre. You'll play an important role in ensuring she feels safe, comfortable, and empowered to take part in the activities she enjoys.

Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant

✔ Support with morning routines and personal care
✔ Provide high-quality, person-centred care in the client's home
✔ Support with clinical care needs and health monitoring
✔ Assist with preparing for and attending day centre activities
✔ Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
✔ Build a positive and trusting relationship with the client
✔ Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community outings

About Our Client

Our client enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing in her chair, colouring, and taking part in sensory activities.

She loves getting out into the community, including visiting the park, feeding the ducks, watching dogs play, and having her nails painted.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and enjoys helping others take part in the things they love.

What You'll Need

✔ Minimum 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK
✔ Experience with tracheostomy care, including emergency tracheostomy tube changes
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach
✔ Willingness to complete client-specific clinical training where required
