**Pay: ** £14.00 - £17.00 per hour

**Shifts:** Part Time | Days: 8am to 8pm and 8am to 2pm | Nights: 10pm to 8am | Alternate Weekends

**About This Role** 

We’re looking for caring, reliable and confident Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting a gentleman in his 50s with complex healthcare needs in his own family home.

He enjoys getting out into the community, spending time with his loved ones, listening to the radio and audiobooks, and making the most of his time at home.

You’ll be an important part of his support team, helping him stay comfortable, safe and engaged in the things he enjoys.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care across day and night shifts, supporting with personal care, daily routines and clinical needs. You’ll also help him access the community and take part in activities that are meaningful to him.

We’re looking for someone who is caring, attentive and reliable, with previous experience supporting adults with complex clinical needs.

**Essential Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

*  Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
*   Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
