Healthcare Assistant

Are you a caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker looking for your next opportunity?

We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join specialist care services supporting adults with dementia, mental health conditions, complex physical health needs, cognitive impairment and behaviours that may challenge.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred care and support with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and social activities. You will help promote residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing, while building positive and trusting relationships.

You will work closely with Nurses and the wider care team, following individual care plans and reporting any changes in residents' health or wellbeing.

About You

 We are looking for reliable, compassionate and patient individuals with good communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Experience working with dementia, mental health or complex care needs would be advantageous.
