HealthNow is looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team, supporting outpatient clinics within NHS hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care and support within outpatient clinics.
• Assisting clinical staff with patient preparation and basic clinical duties.
• Acting as a chaperone during examinations and procedures.
• Ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintaining accurate documentation where required.
• Supporting the smooth running of outpatient services.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an NHS or private hospital.
• Experience working in outpatient clinics.
• Confident undertaking chaperoning duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to patient care.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Up-to-date mandatory training (preferred).
• DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
