We are supporting a well-regarded 45-bedded nursing home just outside of Malvern that is looking to recruit dedicated Healthcare Assistants. Both day and night shifts are available for full-time positions.
Role Details:
- Position: Healthcare Assistant
- Location: Just outside of Malvern
- Hours: Full-Time – Days & Nights available
- Rate: £12.71ph (paid breaks included)
- Setting: Nursing Home – Elderly Care
About the Healthcare Assistant Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living needs and wellbeing. The home has a warm, professional atmosphere, with a supportive management team focused on staff development and maintaining excellent standards of care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a care setting is desirable.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting older adults.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
