Health Care Assistant (HCA)
Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts in care homes? Resilience Personnel is looking for reliable agency HCAs to work part-time long day, night, half day and rotating shifts across the UK.
Your role will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with meals, activities, and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Following safeguarding, health & safety, and care home procedures.
You should have:
- At least 6 months’ care experience, in a UK care home.
- A caring, person-centred approach.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A valid practical moving and handling training certificate.
- A valid DBS registered on updated service or willingness to complete one.
What we offer:
- £12.75 per hour, paid weekly.
