• Deliver personal care and domestic support in residential or community settings

• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and community engagement

• Support individuals with daily living skills and personalised care plans

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

• Encourage participation in meaningful activities

• Safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their dignity and rights are upheld

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities

• Passion for providing person-centred care

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations

• Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
