Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for ongoing work with our healthcare clients.

We are looking for reliable, caring and professional individuals who are committed to providing a high standard of care and support.

This may include applicants who currently hold an appropriate:

• Dependant visa

• Graduate visa

• Indefinite Leave to Remain

Experience & Training

Previous healthcare or support work experience is preferred.

Applicants will need to hold the appropriate mandatory healthcare training before being cleared for assignments.

If you require training or need to update your existing training, we can recommend an independent healthcare training provider. Any training would be arranged directly between you and the training provider and is separate from your application for work with Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd.

The Role

Duties may include:

• Providing personal care and support

• Supporting residents with daily living

• Promoting dignity, choice and independence

• Supporting individuals with physical, learning or mental health needs

• Following care plans and risk assessments

• Maintaining accurate records

• Reporting safeguarding or wellbeing concerns

• Working professionally alongside permanent care teams
