The Role:

We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a business that invests in you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a Team including; Compliance Officers, Resourcers, Shift Bookers
• Business Development, growing the client base via both Public and Private Sector opportunities
• Build and manage strong client and candidate relationships
• Source, screen, and place top-tier talent into the right roles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
• Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
