We are currently recruiting experienced HCAs and Support Workers to work at Loddon School, a specialist setting supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning difficulties.
The role involves supporting individuals with needs including autism, epilepsy, self-injurious behaviour, aggression and behaviours that may present challenges.
Requirements:
- Previous UK healthcare or care experience
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable
- Able to work day and/or night shifts
- Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
- Relevant training and compliance documents
