Heat Treatment Operative
Salary: £33,500 per annum (including shift allowance)
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm – Midnight
- Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Heat Treatment Operative to join a specialist manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for carrying out heat treatment processes while ensuring components meet required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat treatment furnaces.
- Carry out hardness testing.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Operate overhead cranes and FLTs.
- Monitor process parameters.
- Complete production records.
Requirements
Essential
- Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work afternoon shifts.
Desirable
- Previous heat treatment experience.
- Hardness testing experience.
- Overhead Crane licence.
- FLT licence.
