Permanent | 3-Shift Rotation
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturer of high-performance alloys to recruit a Heat Treatment Operative for their Sheffield facility.
Shift Pattern:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
- Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–6:00pm (+20% shift allowance)
- Nights: Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm–6:00am (+33% shift allowance)
Key Duties:
- Operate heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment
- Carry out heat treatment processes in line with quality standards
- Load and unload materials safely
- Monitor temperatures and processing times
- Complete production records and maintain full material traceability
- Carry out straightening and Brinell testing where required
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
About You:
- Previous experience within heat treatment or a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience operating industrial machinery or furnaces is desirable
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- FLT experience is advantageous, although full training will be provided
