Heathrow Airport - Hygiene Operative - Nights at Contact 4 Support Services, Feltham

£14.80 per hour

Location: Heathrow Airport

C4SS is recruiting Hygiene Operatives to work night shifts at Heathrow Airport, supporting one of the UK's leading facilities management companies.

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the world's busiest airports as part of a professional team responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected across Heathrow.

You will be working in a busy airport environment where cleanliness, safety and attention to detail are extremely important.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining designated areas throughout Heathrow Airport

• Cleaning floors, surfaces, glass and public areas

• Cleaning and maintaining washrooms and toilet facilities

• Vacuuming, mopping and general floor cleaning

• Emptying and cleaning waste bins

• Responding to spills and additional cleaning requirements

• Using cleaning equipment, machinery and chemicals safely

• Following cleaning schedules and completing tasks to the required standard

• Following all Health & Safety and airport procedures

• Reporting maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues to your supervisor

• Working closely with your team to keep areas clean, safe and presentable

Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

This isn't just a standard hygiene role. You'll be working within Heathrow Airport, an exciting 24/7 international environment used by millions of passengers every year.

You'll become part of a large operational team helping to keep the airport clean, safe and welcoming for passengers and staff throughout the night.

The role also provides valuable experience working within the aviation and facilities management industry.

As this role is based at Heathrow Airport, successful candidates will need to meet the relevant airport security and vetting requirements.

This may include:

• Providing the documentation required for airport vetting

• Providing a verifiable employment and education history

• Completing the required background and security checks

• Providing valid Right to Work documentation

• Successfully completing all required Heathrow and role-specific training

• Maintaining the standards required to hold an airport ID/pass

Full guidance will be provided throughout the onboarding and vetting process.
