We are recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to join an established business covering Suffolk and the wider East Anglia area.
As a Heating Engineer, you will work independently across domestic properties, carrying out boiler servicing, breakdowns, repairs and installations.
The role
- Service and maintain domestic boilers
- Diagnose and repair boiler and heating system faults
- Carry out boiler installations
- Complete gas safety records and relevant documentation
- Identify and report potential safety issues
- Record completed work electronically
- Maintain van stock, tools and equipment
- Deliver a high standard of customer service as a Heating Engineer
The successful Heating Engineer will need
- Strong domestic boiler servicing and breakdown experience
- Experience working independently across different boiler types
- Boiler installation experience
- CCN1
- CENWAT
- CKR1
- CPA1
- HTR1
- G3 Unvented
- Water Regulations/WRAS or willingness to obtain
- Full UK driving licence
- Oil or renewable heating experience would be advantageous
- A professional and customer-focused approach expected of a Heating Engineer
Package
- £42,000-£50,000 per annum
