The Role

You will focus entirely on high-quality installations across traditional, low-carbon heating, and cooling systems. This is a dedicated installation role with no breakdown, service, or repair rota.

• Install domestic central heating, boiler upgrades, and full system conversions.
• Lead renewable energy installations, focusing on Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) (air-to-water).
• Install Air Conditioning and Air-to-Air Heat Pump systems for heating and cooling.
• Ensure all new pipework and system upgrades meet peak energy-efficiency standards.
• Deliver clean, professional handovers and outstanding customer care on every project.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
• Valid Gas Safe / ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.).
• Proven, strong track record specifically in heating installation and system upgrades.
• F-Gas certification is highly desirable (but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands area. 

What We Offer

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience).
