Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing Facilities Management business based in West Malling.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance requests, supporting engineers, and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the CAFM system
- Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors
- Monitor work orders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to provide updates on outstanding works
- Raise purchase orders and process relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider operations team with administrative duties
- Produce reports and assist with general office administration
About You
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities, Customer Service, or Administration role
- Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
