Helpdesk Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a number of Helpdesk Advisors to join our client’s team based in the HX6 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who are confident communicating with customers by telephone and online chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide support via telephone and online chat
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Record customer interactions and update systems where required

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Are confident speaking to customers over the phone
• Are comfortable using online chat and computer systems
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Are reliable, professional and customer-focused
• Are available to work 5 days out of 7

What’s on Offer

• Approximately 12 weeks of temporary work
• Start date of 24 August 2026
• Regular shift patterns between 8:30am and 7:00pm
