About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to join our growing transport team based in Birmingham. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the UK, ensuring excellent service levels and compliance with all transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out trunking, depot-to-depot, and customer deliveries as required
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time
• Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic records accurately
• Comply with Driver Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive, and company policies
• Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and professionalism

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred (training may be considered for the right candidate)
• Good understanding of UK road transport legislation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
