The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Container Driver, you'll be completing container movements from Tilbury Port, working away Monday to Friday in a modern, well-maintained fleet.

This is a straightforward tramping role with a supportive transport team and a steady workload, making it ideal for drivers looking for long-term, reliable employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Container haulage from Tilbury Port
  • Nationwide deliveries and collections
  • Completing daily vehicle safety checks
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
  • Maintaining tachograph and driver compliance
  • Representing the company professionally at customer sites

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Container experience is essential
  • Valid Port Card required
  • Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
  • Reliable, professional, and committed
