A well-established logistics and distribution company based in Birmingham is seeking reliable and professional Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join its growing transport team. The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to commercial and retail customers throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and professionally
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries and collections
• Ensuring all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately
• Maintaining compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and company policies
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Requirements

Essential

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience holding a Class 2 licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable

• Multi-drop delivery experience
• Experience using handheld delivery devices/PDA systems
