Overtime: £24.80 per hour after 9 hours
Shift: 4 on / 2 off
Experience: 6-12 months HGV Class 2
Omnia Resourcing is recruiting HGV Class 2 Landside Yard Drivers for a leading global airline catering company in Hounslow.
This is a yard-based shunting role, safely moving LGV Class 2 vehicles around site. Offering excellent pay, a 4-on/2-off pattern, free meals on every shift, ongoing work and temp-to-perm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely shunt Class 2 vehicles around the yard
- Complete vehicle checks and yard inspections
- Check and verify trailer seals
- Follow UK Road Laws and Working Time Regulations
- Maintain high safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- 6-12 months' Class 2 experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points, with no major endorsements
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable, flexible and hardworking
