HGV 7.5T Driver - Multidrop

Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of a leading frozen food distributor based in Burgess Hill for an 8-week temporary assignment.

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Pay: £18.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Weekly Pay
Duration: 8 Weeks
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Vehicle: 7.5T
Deliveries: 15–20 drops per day
Routes: Across the South East, including Central London

About the Role

You'll be delivering frozen food products to convenience stores across the South East, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a busy multi-drop role, so previous delivery experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 15–20 deliveries per day
• Deliver frozen food products to convenience stores
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Carry out daily vehicle checks
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point

Requirements

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential
•  Full UK Driving Licence
• Must hold a valid CPC and Tachocard
•  Experience driving a 7.5T van
•  Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
•  Comfortable with manual handling duties
• Must be happy completing deliveries throughout the South East, including Central London
