MET Logistics are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client based in Evesham. This is an ongoing role, with immediate starts available. There are also temp to perms available for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of produce - RDC deliveries
- Day shifts between 0200-0600
- Night shifts between 1700-2100
- Shift length - 12.5 hour per shift
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and vehicle readiness
What HGV Class 1 drivers will require:
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record and valid HGV Class 1 license, CPC and DIGI card
- Knowledge of road regulations, safety standards, and best practices for freight transportation.
- Minimum 1 year on HGV class 1 licence.
- Previous HGV class 1 experience
- No more than 6 points on licence.
