Job description:

Mainstay are proudly recruiting for a full-time Class C+E driver for our fantastic client based in Aston, Birmingham. Potential annual earnings can exceed £59k. This includes overtime and night-out money allowances. Duties involve Regional and National Distribution Centre deliveries or collections nationwide. No handball. Desirable work. Between 2 and 4 deliveries per shift, depending on route. All vehicles are modern and well-maintained. They include a sleeper cab, fridge, and microwave. Excellent facilities and additional benefits are available, including secure parking.

Pay Rates (first 12 weeks):

• £15.24 PAYE per hour, all hours Monday to Friday
• £22.86 PAYE per hour, Saturdays
• £25 night out payment (tax-free)
• Based on 60 hour week + 2 nights out = £964.40 (circa £50k annually)

Permanent Pay (after 12 weeks):

• £15.24 PAYE per hour. Up to 40 hours worked Monday to Friday
• £22.86 PAYE per hour. After 40 hours worked Monday to Friday
• £22.86 PAYE per hour. Saturdays
• £25.00 night out payment (tax-free)
• Based on 60 hour week + 2 nights out = £1116 (circa £58k annually)

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday; occasional Saturdays are required.
• Start times are between 04:00 and 07:00 per shift.
• Between X1 and X3 nights out each week.
