ROLE INFORMATION:
Rapier Employment are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in the Nottingham area. Due to the high value products on the trailers, a valid DBS check must be obtained prior to commencing any assessment and work on site. Vehicles fitted with maple locks and anti-hijack system. All drivers issued with a panic alarm. 360 cameras inside the cab. Trunking runs as far as Scotland.
You will need to complete a driving and theory assessment, DBS Check, and a drugs and alcohol test
START TIMES:
- Monday to Friday
- Days – 0400 - 0700
- Night Shifts: 00-17.00pm
PAY:
Days - £17.34ph- Nights - £20.00ph
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
- Box trailers.
- Bay work.
- Long term position.
- Weekend Work if wanted.
- 48-55 hours per week.
YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience of Class 1 driving.
- You should have held your HGV Class 1 Licence for at least one year.
- Have at least 6 months experience driving HGV class 1 vehicles.
- “Can do” attitude.
- No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS.
- Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.
