Stoa Recruitment is building an ongoing pool of Class 1 drivers for work across Stoke-on-Trent. We work with a range of clients in the area, covering days, nights and early starts — trunking, multidrop, curtainside and more. When a shift or role comes up that matches you, we come straight to you.

This isn't for one single job. It's your way onto our books for Class 1 work in and around Stoke-on-Trent, matched to your experience and availability as work comes in.

What you'll need

• Class 1 licence
• Driver CPC card
• Digital tacho card
• Clean or near-clean licence
• Experience on curtainside, trunking, multidrop or similar Class 1 work

Tell us

• What Class 1 work you've done — trunking, multidrop, curtainside, tanker, double decker, anything else
• Whether you're available for days, nights, or both
• How much notice you need to start

What you get

• £16.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on the client and shift — the exact rate is always confirmed before you accept a booking
• Overtime available on selected shifts, rate confirmed at the time
• Weekly pay, every Friday
