Pay Rate:
- Days - £16.00 – £17.93 per hour
- Nights - £16.85– £18.88 per hour
- Weekends - £19.75 – £22.13 per hour
Job Overview
We are currently seeking professional and flexible HGV Class 1 drivers for our client based in Tewkesbury.
Both ad hoc/part-time and ongoing full-time (3-5 shifts) work is available.
Both day and night shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities
- 1-4 drops
- Carrying out scheduled deliveries as required
- Ensuring vehicles are operated safely and within legal compliance
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs
- Representing the company and clients in a professional manner
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Full Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99,DR, DD, or IN endorsements)
- A good understanding of drivers’ hours regulations
- Reliability and flexibility to accept short-notice shifts
- Min 3 months HGV driving experience
