Kinaxia Logistics is looking for HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our team based in Colchester. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and being part of a supportive and professional team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Role Details

• Tramping Role
• Monday to Saturday
• Basic salary £39,195 per annum
• Average earnings £55,531.60 per annum
• £16.75 per hour basic
• £26.20 paid per night out
• Overtime rate £20.94 per hour (Calculated after 45hrs)
• Newly Qualified Drivers Accepted – Full one to one training will be issued to all newly qualified drivers to obtain experience.

Your Role

As a Tramper Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Arriving on time and keeping the traffic office informed of any issues
• Following company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled
• Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• A valid digital tachograph card
• Good communication skills
• A reliable, professional and positive approach
