HGV Class 2 Driver – Oxford
A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our well-established client based in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for ongoing work with an immediate start.
The Role
- Multi-drop deliveries across the local area
- Up to 10 drops per day
- Delivering pipeline, heating and related products
- Handballing involved, so a good level of physical fitness is required
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Providing a professional service to customers
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
07:00am – 17:00pm
Pay:
£17.00 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
£19.00 per hour inc hol
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 driving experience – essential
- Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Comfortable with handballing and manual handling
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and professional approach to work
