Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers on behalf of a busy logistics operation for going day shift work based in Croydon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and well-established transport operation offering consistent work, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Duties Include

  • Completing scheduled deliveries and collections.

  • Carrying out daily vehicle safety inspections.

  • Loading and unloading where required.

  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

  • Providing excellent customer service.

  • Ensuring compliance with Drivers' Hours Regulations and company procedures.

  • Reporting vehicle defects promptly.

  • Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle.

Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

  • Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.

  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

  • Minimum 6 months' Class 2 driving experience preferred.

  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements).

  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours Regulations.

  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping.

  • Professional and customer focused.
