HGV Driver – Full Time, Permanent

Location: Aylesbury
Pay: £15.00–£18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Working Pattern: Day Shift
Overtime: Regular overtime available
Weekends: No weekend work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver to join a well-established and busy operation based in Aylesbury.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent Monday-to-Friday work, regular routes and the opportunity to earn more through overtime.

The role involves multi-drop deliveries to a regular customer base, with drivers typically completing around 12 drops per day. Routes can vary between approximately 5–20 drops depending on the run.

Delivery areas include Northampton, Bedford, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Watford/NW London, Epsom, Ashford, Guildford, Newbury, Oxford, Witney and Banbury.

There are also daily London routes, although these generally do not involve Central London or W postcodes. Drivers will need to be comfortable covering London routes when required.

As this is a customer-facing role, we are looking for someone professional, approachable and helpful. Some delivery locations can be busy or challenging, so good communication skills, patience and a problem-solving attitude are important.
