Hgv Class 2 Driver

Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for Class 2 drivers available to start immediately for on going work until the end of the year.

Role:

• Monday to Friday
• Every other Saturday required
• Weekend overtime availability
• Delivering goods on cages
• Light handball.
• Ongoing Training & Support

Rates:

• Days: £15 - £18.50 per hour
• Weekends: £17 -£23 per hour

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 Licence (held for at least 2 years)
• Tachograph: Minimum of 60 days driving experience recorded
• Valid CPC Certification
• Clear Employment History for the last 5 years (no gaps)

Job Responsibilities:

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your role is crucial to the safe and efficient transport of goods. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Loading and unloading cargo securely
• Adhering to traffic laws and company policies
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and driving hours
• Effective communication with dispatchers and clients
• Representing the client professionally at all times
