HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver

We are currently seeking Refuse Collection Drivers (HGV 2) to work for our client on an ongoing assignment, there will be permanent opportunities for workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic.

Competitive Rate: Hourly rate of £15.50 per hour and £20.60 per hour overtime and weekends

Job and Knock: Minimum 8 hours paid even if job is completed earlier

Duties:

• Safely operating the refuse vehicle
• Safe and considerate driving around local streets
• Driving with your loading team
• Loading where necessary

Requirements:

• Hold a valid HGV 2 driving licence.
• Hold a UK Digi Card
• Hold a UK CPC Card
• Safety shoes and Hi Vis are required for all temporary workers with no set uniform required.

The role involves working Monday – Friday, 06:00 start with an approximate 15:30 finish (finish time is when the job is complete). You will be paid a minimum of 8 hours a day regardless of if you finish earlier.

This role is subject to an assessment which will be paid if passed and starting in the role.
