HGV Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with an established logistics business based in Skelmersdale.

Our client operates a busy trunking operation including trailer swaps, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with early morning starts and no handball.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Friday, starting between 5am and 6am
• Shifts averaging 10 hours
• £19.05 per hour (all holidays included)

To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
• Experience of curtainsider and/or fridge work is advantageous
