We're recruiting for an experienced HGV Master Technician to join a busy engineering team maintaining a modern fleet of passenger service vehicles.

Responsibilities of the HGV Master Technician / Lead HGV Technician / Senior HGV Technician
- Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding.
- Service, maintain and repair PSV vehicles.
- Complete major engine, gearbox and driveline repairs.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults.
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA inspections.
- Support and mentor other workshop technicians.
- Complete all work to manufacturer and DVSA standards.
- Maintain accurate workshop documentation.
What you'll need as the HGV Master Technician / Lead HGV Technician / Senior HGV Technician
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Previous experience as a Master Technician, PSV Technician or HGV Technician.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- A strong commitment to quality, safety and teamwork.
