HGV Plant Mechanic 

Location Manchester

Salary 55k -57k per year 

Permanent position -Annual leave and Company pension 

Due to the continued expansion of our Client business supplying road sweeping services to clients within the construction sector, we are looking to recruit a HGV Plant Mechanic to join our cient team of Technicians in Manchester  .

Key Responsibilities:

• HGV Service and repair to road sweepers and associated plant equipment
• Attend breakdown call-outs when required but really workshop based .
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues

Working Hours:

• Workshop-based role
• Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 7:00am – 1:00pm (once a month )
• Overtime will be required from time to time

Salary & Employment:

• £20 to £ 22 per hour 
• Salary may be discussed at interview depending on skills and experience
• Full-time, permanent position
• HGV technician experience required 
• NVQ level 3 

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work well within a team environment is essential
• Good communication skills with staff and colleagues
