HGV Technician

Job Title: HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter

Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (12 Hour Shifts)

Shift Times: Day Shift (6:00am – 6:00pm)

Salary: £22.00 Per Hour (£46,000 Per Annum)

Type: Permanent

Location: Nottingham

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join our client’s modern workshop in the Nottingham area.

Job Responsibilities:

• You'll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components.
• You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Time-served HGV Technician or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.
• HGV Licence
