- Conduct all servicing and maintenance work on heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards, within manufacturer timeframes
- Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions accurately and efficiently
- Support colleagues with technical issues and share innovations as a HGV Technician
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Document diagnosis findings, repairs, and safety inspections comprehensively
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury and Andover
- Hold IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of truck, trailer, van, and ancillary equipment maintenance and repairs
- Experience in diagnosis and repair of heavy vehicles
- An HGV driving licence, IRTEC, or tachograph licence is advantageous but not essential at this stage
- Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technicians seeking to move into HGV work are encouraged to apply
