We’re currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established client in Northampton. If you’re looking for job security, great earning potential, and a supportive transport team, this could be the role for you.

🚛 The Role
- Delivering goods to retail stores across the UK
- Typically 6–12 drops per day
- Majority of deliveries are caged (90% simple drop & go)
- Occasional unloading inside stores required
- Shift length: 9–12 hours
- Start times: Between 04:00 – 08:00
- Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off
- £16.68 per hour + holiday pay + pension
- Overtime: £21.83 (6th shift)
- Weekly earnings: £800+
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Weekly overtime available

- 5 on / 3 off rota (excellent work-life balance)
- Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) licence
- Hold a current Driver CPC (DQC card)
- Hold a valid Digital Tachograph card
- Able to work a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern
- Able to start from 04:00
- Maximum 3 points on licence
- Physically fit and capable of multi-drop work
- Multi-drop experience desirable, but not essential
- Newly qualified drivers encouraged to apply
- All drivers must attend a 4-hour driving assessment
- This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, subject to individual performance
