We are recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a leading distribution client based in Northampton.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering strong weekly earnings during the agency period and the chance to secure a permanent role with a salary of £39,500+ per annum.
🚛 The Role
- Delivering goods to retail stores across the UK
- Typically 6-12 drops per day
- Majority of deliveries are caged deliveries (90% simple drop and go)
- Occasional unloading within stores when required
- Shift length: 9-12 hours
- Start times: Between 04:00 and 08:00
- Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off rota
- Earn between £750 and £1,000 per week
- Weekly pay

- Current Driver CPC qualification (DQC Card)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Ability to work a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern
- Flexibility to start from 04:00
- Maximum of 3 penalty points
- Physically fit and comfortable with multi-drop deliveries
- Multi-drop experience preferred but not essential
- Newly qualified drivers encouraged to apply
- All drivers must successfully complete a 4-hour driving assessment
- This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, subject to performance and attendance
- Full induction, training and ongoing support provided
