The Role:
- Support teaching and learning across a range of primary school settings
- Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
- Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Confident, reliable and adaptable
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passionate about supporting pupil progress
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Comfortable working across different primary school settings
- Available for flexible supply work
